About Us

Bridging Indian & Japanese Strategic Capital with Lao PDR Resources

A strategic investment, project development, and resource company dedicated to building long-term partnerships between Laos, India, Japan, and other global markets.

Who We Are

A Trusted In-Country Bridge for Cross-Border Investment

Indo Lao Green Ventures Co., Ltd. (ILGV) was established to serve as a trusted, in-country bridge between resource-rich Lao PDR and capital- and technology-rich partners in India and Japan. The firm does not take equity positions in the underlying mineral or energy assets it advises on; instead, it earns advisory, coordination, and success-fee arrangements.

This positioning allows ILGV to operate with the trust of Lao state counterparts — including the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and LMDSE — while remaining a credible, neutral coordinating party for foreign investors seeking access to Lao concessions.
